There are 5 levels of commitment* that we model our ministry around:
Contact: events/actions intended to make connections between the church and community--typically not very "church-y"
Outreach: events/actions with the sole purpose of presenting the good news of Jesus Christ and the plan of salvation, whether in large group settings or one-on-one
Growth: events/actions intended to nurture spiritual growth (discipleship)
Ministry/Service: events/actions used to train/apprentice growing Christians in the service of ministry, allowing them to discover and develop their spiritual gifts
Leadership: allowing maturing Christians to use their spiritual gifts in discipling others
